Overall timeline

EuroPython 2020 consists of three phases. All three parts will be held at The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD):

  • Monday & Tuesday
    Workshops and Trainings
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:
Main Conference with Talks, Keynotes, Exhibit, etc.
  • Saturday, Sunday:
    Sprints (Hackathon)

Similar to last year, attending training sessions will require buying a separate ticket. The conference ticket will include the main conference days, the Beginners’ Day workshop (provided we can organize one) and the sprints. A light lunch and coffee breaks will also be provided as part of the ticket.

Workshops

Workshops will be held on Monday and Tuesday, July 20-21. We will also have badges available on these days, so if you want to avoid queues on Wednesday morning, please come to the CCD on Monday and Tuesday to pick up your badge.

Main Conference

The Main Conference will be held Wednesday to Friday, July 22-24 at the CCD.

Sprints

Sprints will be held on the weekend after the conference, on July 25 and 26 at the CCD.
